También denuncia la falta de especialización de los titulares de los juzgados de familia y de violencia sobre la mujer y estima necesaria y urgente una profunda reforma legal en estos dos campos.

Una Jurista ha asegurado que la alternancia en el domicilio de los hijos no resulta en absoluto desestabilizadora para ellos, y ha apostado por equiparar la distribución de los tiempos de convivencia con el padre y la madre, en beneficio del desarrollo emocional de los menores. Aplaudió la iniciativa del anteproyecto catalán, que prevé instaurar la custodia compartida como opción general y preferente, obligando a los padres a mediar y ponerse de acuerdo para presentar al juez un plan de coparentalidad respecto a todas las cuestiones que conciernen a sus hijos. También hizo hincapié en la necesidad de desvincular el uso de la vivienda de la custodia de los hijos…..
